Rosella Hermens, PhD is a biomedical scientist/epidemiologist and as a senior researcher affiliated to IQ healthcare, division Hospital & Integrated Care. Her research programme focuses on research into measuring and improving quality of care in a hospital setting as well as a multi-agency setting, with an emphasis on integrated care.
An important theme in Rosella Hermens' research is the quality of integrated care for cancer patients and gynaecological patients. Main topics are the development of valid and reliable quality indicators, methods for effective feedback of quality measurements and methods aimed at making integrated care more effective and efficient.
