Workshop “Systematic review and meta-analysis of animal studies”

6 March 2024: 1-day workshop “Systematic review and meta-analysis of animal studies” at the Radboudumc. Lecturers: Dr. Kim Wever, assistant professor anaesthesiology and Dr. Carlijn Hooijmans, assistant professor Health Evidence.

Would you like to learn more about the concept and methodology of systematic review and meta-analysis of animal studies? This workshop provides a first introduction and hands-on experience on the topic! It is suitable for anyone with an interest in synthesizing evidence from animal studies, e.g. researchers, animal welfare officers, or other staff involved in animal experiments. Researchers interested in systematic review of clinical or in vitro studies may also find this workshop useful.

The workshop is funded by the ZonMW programme “Meer kennis met minder dieren” and is therefore free of charge. Please find more information on the workshop here, and register for the workshop here!

Of note, this workshop is a requirement for those wishing to apply for ZonMW funding to conduct their own systematic review of animal studies in the future.
